If we cancel an order, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

9. Subscriptions, Auto-Payment & Cancellation

You may purchase one-time or recurring (auto-renewing) subscriptions.
By enrolling, you authorize automatic recurring charges to your payment method at the selected interval until canceled.

Billing & Shipping: Subscriptions renew and ship automatically from your initial start date.
Cancel Anytime: You may cancel up to 24 hours before your next scheduled charge.
Failed Payments: If a payment fails, we may retry or contact you for an alternative method.

10. Shipping

We ship to U.S. and select international locations.
Delivery times vary based on destination and carrier.
You are responsible for entering accurate shipping details — we cannot guarantee edits once an order is submitted.

11. Delivery Confirmation

Carrier confirmation serves as proof of delivery, even if unsigned.

12. Returns & Refunds

We stand by the quality of our products.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact support@primal-alpha.co within 14 days of delivery.
Refunds are issued after inspection of returned items.
All sales are final after 14 days unless otherwise stated.

13. Social Media

Our social media pages are public platforms not owned by Primal Alpha™.
User comments reflect personal opinions only.
We may use testimonials or UGC (user-generated content) for marketing in accordance with these Terms.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW, THE WEBSITE AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,”

PRIMAL ALPHA™ AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED USD $500.

16. Dispute Resolution by Binding Arbitration; Class Action Waiver

Any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules.
Arbitration shall be conducted individually, not as a class or representative action.
You may opt out within 30 days of purchase by emailing support@primal-alpha.co.

17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Primal Alpha™ and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Website or violation of these Terms.

We may link to third-party sites.
We are not responsible for their content or policies.

19. Testimonials, Reviews & Other Submissions

Any content you submit (reviews, photos, testimonials) may be used for marketing purposes by Primal Alpha™.
By submitting, you confirm that you own the rights to the material and grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use it.
